Collagen Powder or Tablet?

Collagen is the reason our skin stays young and Wrinkle free. It is responsible for skin elasticity and that's why we all want to maintain collagen levels. 


Experts say the collagen in our body starts to deplete from the age of 25 hence the need to introduce more collagen foods into our diet. There is still an ongoing debate about whether these collagen supplements do provide the boost our bodies need but until there are new studies and findings from objective point of view and not manufacturers point, we will probably keep using these supplements and hope for results. 

The question that I get is usually whether the powder form or tablet form is best or which pen one is more effective. It's all about the form of ingesting it for maximum and optimum result.

Some may prefer powder version whilst others may want to swallow and call it a day. Either way, you'll still get the benefits because the manufacturers provide instructions on how to take them. 

One overlooked form is the liquid one. Probably due to taste, a lot of ladies shy away from taking the liquid collagen. The good news is that they are mostly tasteless or flavored enough to make drinking easy. 

There is liquid collagen from a particular brand that I'm aiming at taking to compare the three options.
