A Simple Skin Care Routine Minus Serums (Pt1)
Facial serums are extremely helpful with dealing with hyper-pigmentation and acne. However, not everyone struggles with this so how do you manage your skin when you don't want serums or haven't used serums?
Let's see the possible routines/regimen you can have.
Assuming you have:
Cleanser
Hydrating Toner
Scrub
Face cream + or minus sunscreen or face cream with spf in it or minus spf in it.
Here's what your skin care routine will be:
Morning
✔️Cleanse your skin with your wash or soap
✔️Apply the hydrating toner
✔️Apply the face cream and then the sunscreen if you have one.
Twice a week, you use the face scrub after cleansing/washing your face.
The skin Night routine will be the same as morning minus the sunscreen.
✔️Double cleanse to remove sunscreen if you use one (using Micellar water or cleansing balm or cleansing oil first) before you wash the face
✔️Apply hydrating toner and then face cream.
That's it!
Assuming you have these:
Cleanser
Exfoliating toner
Hydrating toner
Scrub
Face mask
Face cream + or minus sunscreen
Morning skin care routine
✔️Cleanse your skin with your face wash
✔️Follow with your face mask and rinse off.
✔️Follow with hydrating face toner
✔️Follow with face cream + or minus sunscreen
You can use your scrub twice in the week in the morning.
Night Skin Care
✔️Double cleanse or Cleanse and follow with your exfoliating toner
✔️Apply your face cream
