How To Use Beauty Formulas Face Serums

The beauty formulas brand has introduced four new serums to their skin care range and I've grabbed three of them already.

The illuminating serum: This is Niacinamide 10% serum which can be used both day and night. 

Beauty Formulas facial serums include concentrated skin-nourishing actives to help supercharge your skincare routine.

Its light and elegant texture is easily absorbed and works immediately.

This powerful serum with 10% niacinamide helps reduce the appearance of dark spots and unevenness in skin tone and texture.

In addition, to condition the skin, providing a cleaner and clearer complexion

How I use it: 

Morning 

Cleanse 

Apply the niacinamide serum 

Apply face moisturizer 

Apply  sunscreen 

Night:

Double cleanse 

Apply the niacinamide 

Follow with vitamin C daily moisturizer 

They have the renewing serum:10%AHA  and 2% BHA 

The 10% Alpha hydroxy acid with the 2% salicylic acid makes this quite a high strength exfoliating serum. I prefer using these types of serums at night.

Cleanse 

Apply the serum 

Apply face moisturizers 

The hyaluronic acid: to hydrate 

This is the only serum I don't use becauseosr of my face moisturizers and other serums contain hyaluronic acid already.

You can use this serum day and night right after cleansing. If you have lighter serums, you can use them first before the hyaluronic acid. For example, the vitamin c 2% is extremely thicker than the hyaluronic therefore, the hyaluronic acid  serum will go first. If that's the only serum in your routine, here's how to use it in the morning. Same applies at night but

Facial moisturizer 

Sunscreen 

Glowing serum:2% vitamin c serum. This is for morning use and you must wear sunscreen afterwards.
